Lucy McLellan, RDT-BCT, LCAT

Lucy works with a diverse range of clinical populations, including female survivors of domestic violence, LGBTQ youth in foster care, women refugees from Asia, Africa and Latin America and psychiatrically disabled youth. She also oversees training at CANY and has devised a broad range of training programs for mental health professionals and other individuals interested in drama therapy as a creative treatment response. In addition, Lucy is an adjunct faculty member of the NYU Drama Therapy program, one of three Master's level programs in Drama Therapy in North America and is also a Core Faculty member of the International Trauma Studies Program at Columbia University. Lucy has volunteered in a number of roles within the National Association for Drama Therapy (NADT), most recently having accepted an invitation to sit on the NADT Ethics Committee from 2009-2011.
