Creative Alternatives has programs in 17 facilities across New York and Connecticut, serving children in residential treatment communities and homeless shelters, at-risk youth in alternative school programs, women and children survivors of domestic violence, psychiatric patients, veterans in mental health treatment, adults living with HIV/AIDS, recovering substance abusers and more. In addition to direct service, Creative Alternatives provides on-site trainings and teaching workshops to staff and caregivers at the institutions we serve in order to integrate the methodology into overall client treatment plans to the fullest extent possible. Training workshops are also available for any agency or facility seeking to enhance their treatment options through the use of creativity and drama. |
